Anxiety Association
For those who live with panic disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety and phobias. Even you who have anxiety in connection with depression, exhaustion, stress and crisis reactions and high sensitivity are welcome, as are relatives.
The Anxiety Association currently has 10 local associations spread across the country and it is mainly they who organize and arrange events, lectures and discussion groups. ÅSS has therefore today informed the local associations that it is primarily their responsibility to cancel events if they deem it necessary. If a local association feels unsure about whether to have a discussion group this week, it is the local association that must make that decision
Spes
Spes is a nationwide non-profit organization that is non-partisan and religious and is for anyone who has lost a family member, relative, partner or good friend through suicide.
Everyone who is active in Spes has themselves lost someone close to them through suicide.
Spes is an abbreviation for the National Association for Suicide Prevention and Survivor Support and means hope in Latin.
We offer support and help to survivors. We train contact persons, have a support line and chat for survivors and offer meetings and self-help groups for survivors.
Spes also has youth activities in different parts of the country.
On Facebook we have a closed group where survivors can support each other in a safe environment.

Svenska OCD-förbundet
The Swedish OCD Association is a nationwide non-profit association that was founded in 1989 and whose purpose is to support people with personal experience of ocd (obsessive-compulsive disorder) and/or ocd-related conditions and their relatives, as well as to work to ensure that these people receive better support and a better understanding on the part of society.
The association works to increase knowledge about ocd among the general public, care providers, training providers, authorities and organizations and works to ensure that information about effective and scientifically documented forms of treatment and support efforts is disseminated to these groups. We do this, among other things, by publishing the newspaper “News about ocd”, organizing information meetings and lectures, participating in newspapers, radio and TV, building up local departments and associations, mediating contacts between members, and mediating contacts to licensed behavioral therapists and specialists in psychiatry.
NSPH
National Partnership for Mental Health, NSPH, is a collaboration between patient, user and family organizations active in the psychiatric field. We work to ensure that patients, users and relatives become more involved in care and support and have greater influence over the decisions that are made in various areas of society. We see patients, users and relatives as an indispensable resource for increased knowledge in society about mental illness.
Nothing about us without us! we work for increased influence at all levels in society.
OUR MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS each work with their focus in mental health, and based on this with their own political interest work. Where it is more effective to pursue a common policy of interest, we cooperate.
What do we do?
We work to ensure that patients, users and relatives become more involved in care and support and have greater influence over the decisions that are made in various areas of society. NSPH focuses on strengthened user influence, more patient-oriented care and systematic quality improvements in care and social care. Issues where together we can form a stronger voice and a broader knowledge base than each of the associations individually.

Fontänhuset Helsingborg
Fontänhuset Helsingborg is a work rehabilitation activity that supports people living with mental illness on the road to recovery, since 1993 when the foundation was started.
The basic idea is to make use of and develop people’s healthy sides through work and community. With us, you are not a client, user or patient; you are a member. As a member, you participate voluntarily in the activities according to ability and conditions.
By breaking isolation, structuring their day, working with meaningful tasks and being part of a community, the member strengthens his self-esteem, his self-confidence and can experience increased well-being.
We offer an inviting and inclusive environment where people regardless of background and difficulties can participate. Our atmosphere has proven invaluable to members’ recovery. Above all, we help people to create a sustainable existence where psychological difficulties no longer define the quality of life.
Membership with us is voluntary and free of charge. The requirement for membership is that one has or has had some form of mental illness and does not have an active addiction.
